Before downloading or purchasing our digital goods, read this EULA carefully and give your consent as End User at the checkout.
Once you purchase one of our products, you will get a single-seat, one-time fee, non-exclusive and non-transferable license, for individuals or a single member of your team.

1. Definitions
1.1 EULA – End User License Agreement
1.2 Digital goods – Any products available for purchasing on this site or other sites.
1.3 End User – Any living individual or business who is purchasing and using our digital goods or products for commercial or personal use.
1.4 Files – All that is contained within the purchased digital goods.
2. Allowed to do with all purchased files
as End User you are allow to:
- use the Digital Goods and all files necessary in personal or commercial projects.
- use the Digital Goods in animations, renderings, games and all other kinds or visualization
- use the Digital Goods for an unlimited amount or times.
3. Not allowed to do with all purchased files
as End User you are not allowed to:
- use the Digital Goods, or images derived from these goods, for websites, training courses, tutorials or video-tutorials, without our explicit consent.
- repackage our products (in a whole or in parts, alone or in combination with other products) in any kind of content or products, plug-ins or 3d applications.
- use the Digital Goods, or images derived from these goods, as a logo, trademark or service mark.
- use the images derived from the Digital Goods as a whole or as part of a merchandise (i.e. t-shirts, clothes, mugs, posters, books, wallpapers, etc.), with the intention to showcase or sell this merchandise.
- upload our products, or images derived from these digital goods, to a third party service, with the intention to resell or to make them freely available.
- use our products in false, foul or misleading advertisements, sexually explicit content, or in any showcasing of illegal activities.
- resell, redistribute or relicense our (modified) products.
4. Additional licensing
Contact From Reality for explicit consent and/or additional licensing for wanting to use the Digital Goods and/or files in a repackage or in the means of showcasing (i.e. videotutorials)
5. Disclaimer
From Reality reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the website and related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice if you breach the license terms stated in this EULA.
5. Changes to this EULA
We may need to update this EULA from time to time to comply with applicable law and regulations or other legitimate purposes. Therefore, we encourage you to review this License Agreement periodically to have the most up to date information.
